If you’ve got the energy, compassion, and rhythm to keep up, this could be your time to shine! This role is situated in Greenfields, so proximity to the area or a willingness to travel is required.

I am the ultimate karaoke queen! I love belting out my favourite tunes on my home karaoke machine and bringing the house down with my passion for music. But that’s just the opening act—I am also a fitness enthusiast who hits the gym, practices karate, and unwinds with yoga. I am deeply connected to my community, volunteering with the Salvos and spreading good vibes wherever I go.

My family is my rock, and my dog Lucy is my world— my duet partner in life. Together, we enjoy long walks and adventures in the community. I thrive on routine and consistency, which helps me feel grounded and secure. Change can throw me off my rhythm, so I am looking for someone who can help keep life steady while adding a touch of sparkle.

  ⚖️ A Boundary Setter: Trust and respect are key. I need someone who understands the importance of boundaries and sets them clearly from day one.

  ⭐ A Routine Rockstar: You’ll help me stick to my routines while gently guiding me through any changes with empathy and care.

  Bonus points 🏆 if you have experience working in environments requiring self- or co-regulation and familiarity with Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies.

What is the role:

I am currently seeking dedicated staff with flexibility in their life to cover their teammates when required.

📅 24-hour shifts, 7 days a week, commencing at 2:00pm and concluding at 2:00pm the following day.

🌟 Community support shifts: 6 x 4-hour shifts from 10:00am to 2:00pm.

Essential Qualities and Experience

• Valid Driver’s Licence

• Reliable vehicle

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one.

• Current Apply First Aid completed within 3 years, or willingness to obtain one.

• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening skills

The successful candidate/s will also be required to have completed or complete the following training;

• Infection Prevention & Control

• Manual Handling Awareness

• Medication Management

• Epilepsy and Midazolam Awareness

• Positive Behaviour Support
