Duties

• Offer daily support tailored to each clients unique needs, encouraging their participation in activities that promote growth and confidence
• Assist with personal care routines, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility support, ensuring dignity and comfort at all times
• Foster a nurturing environment through social interactions, emotional regulation, and skill development
• Provide person-centred care and personal support.
• Follow care plans and maintain high standards of safety

Qualifications

• Experience working with adults with complex needs or in caregiving roles is highly desirable
• Strong mentoring skills with the ability to motivate individuals
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients , families, and team members
• Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support client's well-being and growth
• Ability to follow instructions carefully while maintaining flexibility in dynamic situations
• Relevant certifications or training in complex support work are a plus: willingness to undertake training is expected.

Pay: £14.00-£15.20 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 48.0 per week
