Support Worker

Job Overview

Credence Care Ltd are seeking a caring, compassionate, and dedicated support worker to join their team, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism, enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own homes.

This rewarding opportunity will include working as part of a team in meeting the personal care needs of people using the service in ways that respect the dignity of the individual and promotes independence, choice, wellbeing, equality and social inclusion. You will work following person centred care plans, empowering people to achieve their personal goals, develop new skills and help them access their local communities.

Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as full training and support will be provided to the right candidate.

This position includes sleep-ins.

Pay: £13.00 per hour
