Experienced Support Worker – Complex Needs
Locations – Midlands: Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Northampton, Nottingham, Derby, Wolverhampton, Worcester, Shropshire, Shrewsbury and Lincolnshire.
Luxe Services is recruiting experienced Support Workers to support individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
Hours: 36 Hours per week - 48 Hours per week
Requirements:
- Experience managing challenging behaviour and physical aggression.
- Strong de-escalation skills.
- Experience working in 3:1, 4:1 or 5:1 care settings.
- DMI, PMVA or equivalent training desirable.
- Reliable, confident and professional.
