About the Role: We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and compassionate individual to share a co-residency arrangement with one of our participants.

This unique living arrangement involves sharing a home as a chosen housemate, providing companionship, support, and assistance with household responsibilities such as cooking and cleaning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and personalised support to the participant.
• Assist with daily living activities including cooking, cleaning, and household management.
• Collaborate closely with the participant to create a harmonious and supportive living environment.

Requirements:

• Permanent residency in Australia or unlimited working rights.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster a respectful and collaborative living space.
