General duties

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Provide emotional support, and promote social interaction and engagement.
• Monitor health and well-being, reporting any concerns to appropriate professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of client health and progress as required.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Uphold the dignity and respect of clients at all times, ensuring their rights are protected.

Experience

• Previous experience in a support or care role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided!
• Must have a full driving licence and car.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
