Support Worker (Female) – Cranbourne North

We are seeking two compassionate and experienced Female Support Workers aged 30+ to join our team in Cranbourne North. This role involves providing person-centred support to an individual living with disability, helping them achieve their goals while promoting independence, wellbeing, and community participation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred support.
• Assist with daily living activities and community access.
• Support participants with psychosocial disabilities in a respectful and empowering manner.
• Build positive, professional relationships with participants and their support networks.
• Complete accurate documentation and follow individual support plans.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or a related qualification.
• Minimum 6 months' experience supporting people with disability.
• Experience supporting individuals living with schizophrenia, anxiety, and depression.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring, reliable, and professional approach to supporting participants.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Availability Required

Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
