Disability Support Worker – Flexible Shifts Available

We are looking for support workers who share our values and are committed to delivering personalised, client-focused care that empowers individuals to live independently and with dignity.

We are looking for workers with availability across all 7 days of the week and the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including:

24/7 Care Shifts

• Night shifts / Sleepover:

• Morning shifts (Personal Care)

• Community Support:

• Evening shifts (Personal Care):

• Short shifts starting from 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM

• Day shifts including:

• Weekend shifts, including a combination of sleepovers and shorter support shifts

Your day-to-day might include

·       Personal care and daily living assistance

What you’ll bring

· Up-to-date Police check, blue card (working with children’s check), Yellow card (NDIS worker clearance), first aid and CPR, and comprehensive car insurance

·       A genuine passion for helping others

·       A reliable vehicle and a willingness to travel

·       At least 3 months of experience in disability support

·       A relevant qualification (e.g. Certificate IV in Disability, Certificate III in individual support, etc.)
