Support Worker – Medication Administration

Care Tribe Services is seeking a reliable and experienced Support Worker to provide support to a client in Wallan, Victoria.
Requirements:
- Relevant disability/aged care experience
- Appropriate qualification and experience in medication administration
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check, where applicable
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Strong communication and reliability
- Ability to follow medication procedures and support plans
- Previous experience supporting clients with medication needs is highly regarded
What we’re looking for:
A compassionate, reliable and professional support worker who can provide consistent, person-centred support and ensure the client’s medication needs are managed safely and appropriately.
