We’re on the lookout for empathetic, passionate, and motivated Support Worker to join our team in Palmerston North area.

What You’ll Do:

As a Support Worker, you’ll help clients achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives through practical and emotional support. Tasks may include:

• Meal preparation
• Community outings and integration
• Medication support
• Personal care (showering, toileting, etc.)
• Manual handling, and hoist transfers
• Home management tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 4 certificate in Health & wellbeing is preferred
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
• At least 12 months’ healthcare or caregiving experience
• Great communication skills and flexibility to work alternate weekends
• Manual handling and hoist experience
• Full NZ driver’s license and reliable transport
