We’re on the lookout for empathetic, passionate, and motivated Support Worker to join our team in Tauranga area.

What You’ll Do:

As a Support Worker, you’ll help clients achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives through practical and emotional support. Tasks may include:

• Meal preparation
• Community outings and integration
• Medication support
• Personal care (showering, toileting, etc.)
• Manual handling, and hoist transfers
• Home management tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Atleast 3 years of relevant support working or healthcare work experience, or a relevant qualification on the New Zealand Qualifications and Credentials Framework (NZQCF)
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
• Experience supporting children or young people with complex physical disabilities.
• Great communication skills and flexibility to work alternate weekends
• Knowledge of safe moving and handling practices
• Ability to follow therapy programmes and clinical guidance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
