About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting people with disability to live fulfilling and independent lives. You'll provide person-centred support tailored to each participant's individual goals, preferences, and support needs.

Opportunities are available across:

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

·         Assisting participants with daily living skills

·         Personal care and hygiene support

·         Medication assistance

·         Meal preparation and household tasks

·         Promoting independence and skill development

Community Access

·         Supporting participants to attend appointments and activities

·         Assisting with social and recreational outings

·         Encouraging community participation and inclusion

·         Helping participants achieve their personal goals and build confidence

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience supporting people with disability, mental health, or complex support needs
• A genuine passion for empowering people to live their best lives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A person-centred approach to support

Essential Requirements

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Right to work in Australia
