Job Opportunity
A 20-year-old man is looking for a caring and reliable PA to provide support at home and within the local community for 4 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be fluent in British Sign Language (BSL) and confident in supporting a young adult with day-to-day activities, communication, and accessing social and community opportunities. This role would suit someone patient, friendly, and encouraging, who is able to build a positive and trusting relationship. Support will include spending time at home, accompanying the resident into the community, and helping to promote independence and confidence in a safe and supportive way. Previous care or support experience is desirable.
