About the Service
Inclusive Care Support provides high-quality supported accommodation for young adults aged 16–25, most of whom are leaving care and preparing for independent adulthood.
We support young people with a variety of needs, including emotional and behavioural challenges, low-level learning needs, mild mental health difficulties, and vulnerabilities associated with transitioning into independence.
Supported accommodation differs from residential childcare. The focus is on developing life skills, independence, responsibility, tenancy management, emotional regulation, safeguarding awareness, and preparing young people for independent living.
This role is ideal for someone who is motivated to empower young adults, guide them, challenge them, and support their development into independent individuals.
