Support Worker Supported Living

• Travelling between supported living houses and HMOs to deliver scheduled 1:1 support sessions
• Supporting each tenant with daily living skills such as budgeting, cooking, shopping, cleaning, appointments and managing their tenancy
• Working with each person to set meaningful personal goals and helping them work towards them
• Completing and updating support plans, goal records, risk assessments and daily notes accurately
• Encouraging access to the community, education, employment, health services and social activities
• Promoting wellbeing, safety and independence while respecting each person's choices and dignity
• Spotting and reporting any safeguarding concerns or changes in someone's needs
• Working closely with colleagues, housing providers, families and other professionals

What we're looking for

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential, as the role involves travel between properties)
• Experience in support work, care, housing or a similar role (desirable, but full training is given)
• Good written skills for recording notes, goals and support plans
• A patient, non-judgemental and positive approach
• Good organisation and time management, as you'll be planning your own visits

Pay: £60.00-£90.00 per day
