Ready to Start a Meaningful New Chapter?

Whether you are looking to transition into care or searching for a permanent role with guaranteed hours and real stability, now is the perfect time to join Phoenix Care. We provide high-quality, community-based support that empowers individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs to thrive. With paid onboarding, structured schedules, and a welcoming team, we give you everything you need to build a secure, lasting career with us.

We provide person-centred support across settings in Weymouth. We are currently recruiting for staff across two of our settings.

  • Shared Accommodation: Supporting adults with learning disabilities living together in a shared setting.
  • Independent Living Support: Supporting 2 individuals with learning disabilities living independently in their own home.

This is community-based support—NOT domiciliary care and NOT a residential care home. You will typically support 1 to 2 service users in their daily lives, working either independently as a lone worker or as part of a supportive team.
