Support worker young adult

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential care and assistance to an young adult (17), Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for our client through personalized support and care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring the comfort and safety of the client at all times.
• Assist with daily living activities,meal preparation, and medication management.
• Provide support for our client who has Moderately severe diplegic cerebral palsy
• Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
• General Anxiety Disorder
• Spacial awareness disorder
• OCD
• Stress incontinence
• constipation
• Psoriasis
• Engage in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.

Experience

• Previous experience in support work and working with young adults with the above needs
• Familiarity with first aid practices and emergency response protocols is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others are crucial for success in this role.
• Must have a min of 1 year uk care experience
• Must be female due to clients needs
• Hours are Wednesday 15.00-19.00, 14.00-17.00 thuesday alterntive sunday 10.00-14.00
