Support Worker/Care Assistant

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated Supported Living Care Workers to join our community-based support team. In this rewarding role, you will support adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or other support requirements to live independently in their own homes and within the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care where required.
• Support individuals to access community activities, appointments, education, and employment opportunities.
• Encourage independence, choice, dignity, and inclusion.
• Assist with medication administration in accordance with policies and training.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Build positive relationships with service users, families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues.
• Promote safeguarding, health, and wellbeing at all times.

• Previous care or support work experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
