Support Workers Required - Alice Springs, NT

About the Role

We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and dedicated Support Workers to provide quality support to an NDIS participant in Alice Springs.

The successful candidates will assist the participant with their individual support needs while promoting independence, dignity, choice, and wellbeing.

Support shifts may be scheduled across Monday to Sunday, with specific days and times to be confirmed based on the participant's requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support in accordance with the participant's needs and NDIS plan
• Assist with daily living and community participation activities
• Support the participant to maintain independence and achieve their goals
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
• Complete accurate shift notes and relevant documentation
• Follow organisational policies, procedures, and NDIS requirements
• Communicate effectively with the participant, family/representatives, and support team

About You

We are looking for Support Workers who are:

• Compassionate, reliable, and responsible
• Respectful of individual choices, privacy, and dignity
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible with availability across Monday to Sunday
• Experienced in disability support or community services (preferred)
• Committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support

About You

Minimum 1 years' experience in support work
Valid driver's licence
Own vehicle with current registration and comprehensive car insurance
Reliable, flexible, and available on an as-needed casual basis
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
First Aid/CPR certification (preferred)
Relevant qualifications
Current Police Check
