What they need
ClubSENsational supports children, young people and adults with autism and/or learning disabilities through structured Day Centre, after-school and community activities.
We’re hiring Support Workers for:
- AM Day Centre: Mon, Wed & Fri, 11am–4pm
- PM Hub & Community: Mon, Wed & Fri, 4:15pm–6:15pm
- Preferred: AM + PM availability

We’re looking for someone with:
- SEN/autism/learning disability experience
- Experience in schools or education settings
- A calm, reliable, hands-on and team-oriented approach
- Confidence supporting users 1:1 or 2:1
- Swimming/water confidence – activities take place in the water, with a minimum of 1 hour of water-based support per day
You don’t need to be a swimming instructor, but you must be comfortable and confident supporting users in the water.
Pay: Starts with Scale 1 from £18/hr
