About the Position

Integrated Healthcare Solutions of NC (IHS) is seeking a dedicated Supported Employment Program Director to lead and oversee our Supported Employment services.

The Program Director will be responsible for program operations, staff leadership, service quality, compliance, community partnerships, and ensuring individuals receive effective support in achieving their employment and vocational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Supported Employment program.
• Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to program staff.
• Ensure individuals receive appropriate employment-related support based on their goals and needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employers, community organizations, referral sources, and other partners.
• Support staff in identifying employment opportunities and community resources.
• Monitor service documentation and program compliance.
• Track program performance, outcomes, and service quality.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and staff development.
• Ensure services are provided professionally, ethically, and in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Address operational and service-delivery concerns.
• Participate in meetings, audits, quality-improvement initiatives, and program reviews.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership.
• Promote independence, community integration, and successful employment outcomes for individuals served.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, rehabilitation, social work, psychology, business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in supported employment, vocational rehabilitation, behavioral health, human services, or a related field.
• Supervisory or program-management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work with employers, community partners, clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and meet program deadlines.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
