Supported Living Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Supported Living Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our supported living services. In this vital role, you will coordinate care delivery, supervise staff, and ensure that individuals receive personalized, high-quality support in a safe and nurturing environment. Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of supported living facilities, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of care staff, providing guidance on best practices in assisted living. Learning Disability and ASD
• Develop, review, and update personalized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs, including those with complex conditions such as dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.
• Oversee medication management processes to guarantee safe and accurate administration in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Monitor residents’ well-being closely, responding promptly to any changes or concerns with appropriate interventions.
• Foster a positive environment that promotes dignity, independence, and respect for all residents while maintaining high standards of care.
• Conduct regular staff training sessions on topics such as senior care techniques, dementia care strategies, and health & safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home environments with a strong understanding of senior care practices.
• Demonstrated supervisory or management experience within a care home or home care setting.
• Experience in developing and implementing individualized care plans for residents with diverse needs.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Familiarity with medication administration procedures and regulatory compliance requirements.

Pay: £42,000.00-£45,308.72 per year
