Supported Living Manager

The Supported Living Manager will be responsible for establishing, developing and managing the day-to-day operations. As the company continues to grow, the Manager will play a key role in developing the organisation, identifying new business opportunities, establishing partnerships with local authorities and housing providers, supporting tender applications, and helping the company expand into additional service areas, including learning disability and autism support . Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that the service operates in accordance with applicable legislation, contractual requirements, local authority standards and relevant guidance.
• Maintain awareness of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulatory framework and determine which activities require registration, including whether the service provides a regulated activity.
• Where CQC registration applies, support compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008, associated regulations and applicable CQC requirements.
• Ensure that policies and procedures are implemented, reviewed and updated regularly.
• Conduct internal audits covering safeguarding, medication, health and safety, staff training, support planning, record keeping and service quality.
• Maintain an effective quality management system and evidence of continuous improvement.
• Prepare for inspections, contract monitoring visits, commissioner reviews and other external assessments.
• Ensure that data protection, confidentiality and information governance requirements are followed

Support recruitment, selection, induction and onboarding of suitable staff.

Pay: £25,420.00-£44,520.00 per year
