Role: Supported LivingTeam Leader

Location: Wakefield

Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm + On call rota 1 in 5 weeks.

Pay: £15 per hour

What you’ll do

• Get to know the people we support, their preferences and goals, and champion what’s important to them.
• Build a positive and person-centred environment
• Grow and champion our Advanced Support Workers
• Build rotas to make sure the teams covered
• Keep all support plans up to date so each person receives tailored support
• Make sure we are compliant and delivering support safely
• Bring in new team members and support them to thrive
• Team up with our HR tribe to make great things happen
