WE'RE HIRING – PART-TIME BAKER

Vang Coffee Bar | Quincy, MA

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Baker to join our team! No previous baking experience is required. We're happy to provide training!

Schedule:

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday
• 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• Approximately 12 hours per week

Pay Rate:

• Training period: $16/hour
• Regular rate after training: $18.50/hour
• No tips for this position

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake fresh pastries daily.
• Follow recipes and baking instructions to maintain consistent quality.
• Check product quality and presentation.
• Prepare ingredients and supplies for daily operations.
• Keep the baking area clean and organized.
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards.

Requirements:

• No experience needed – training will be provided!
• Good attention to detail and comfortable with hands-on work.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Able to work independently after training.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Must be available for all scheduled shifts.
