Surface Prep / Grinder Operator

• Set up, operate, and switch jobs on multiple grinding machines to meet production requirements and standard time expectations.
• Load and unload parts, prepare and change grinding wheels, and perform routine machine maintenance and adjustments.
• Inspect parts using micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and part drawings.
• Maintain accurate production records, track materials and scrap, and report non-conforming parts while supporting corrective actions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following work instructions, using required PPE, and collaborating effectively with team members.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
