What You'll Do

• Lead as First Assist Serve as the primary surgical first assist, providing critical hands-on support throughout procedures.
• Set the Stage Pre-Op Confirm cases, meet patients, walk them through procedures, gather documentation, and coordinate closely with OR staff.
• Deliver in the OR Support patient positioning, maintain a sterile field, anticipate the surgeon's next move, and work in sync with the surgical team.
• Follow Through Post-Op Assist with patient transfer, deliver thorough PACU handoffs, and complete documentation with precision.
• Help Us Get Better Contribute to clinical and operational initiatives — education, training, and process improvement.

What You Bring

Experience

• At least 2 years of surgical assisting experience
• Hands-on experience assisting in Ortho, Spine, General, GYN, and Robotics
• Spine experience is required

Education & Credentials

• Strong technical skills in the operating room
• Graduate of an Accredited program- PA/NP/CSFA
• Ability to acquire AZ state license

Physical Requirements Able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation, including

• Ability to lift, sit, stand, or squat
