We are looking for an experienced, organized and motivated Medical Office Assistant to join our growing specialty clinic.

Position: Full-time, permanent
Wage: $21–$23/hour, based on experience
Location: 655 Sterling Lyon Parkway, Winnipeg
Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling physician appointments and surgical procedures
• Managing referrals, faxes and patient communications
• Maintaining accurate electronic medical records
• Coordinating with physicians and clinical staff
• Supporting daily clinic operations

Ideal candidate:

• Previous experience in a medical office
• TELUS Health EMR experience is an asset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to multitask and work independently in a busy clinic
• Friendly, professional and team-oriented
