About the role
We are looking for a relentless, consultative Surgical Sales Representative who knows how to navigate complex hospital buying cycles and close high-value deals. You aren't just moving boxes; you are driving the adoption of technology that improves patient outcomes. Most sales jobs happen at a desk. This one happens in hospitals, procurement offices, and sometimes, the OR.
Key responsibilities
- Identify new hospital accounts while deepening relationships with existing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and surgical department heads
- Hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets through strategic territory planning and relentless execution
- Translate complex clinical data into compelling business cases for hospital procurement and C-suite decision-makers
- Stay three steps ahead of the competition by tracking market trends, upcoming tenders, and shifting hospital budgets
About you
- Proven closer with B2B sales experience
- Medical device or pharma experience is a massive plus
- Highly resilient and driven by uncapped commission structures
- Ability to speak business to procurement teams and clinical to highly educated surgeons
