Surgery Scheduler / Front Desk Coordinator – Part Time

We are a busy plastic and hand surgery practice looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Surgery Scheduler and Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 28–30 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and manage a multi-line phone system
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Patient check-in and check-out
• Coordinate surgical cases for plastic surgery and hand surgery, including scheduling OR time at appropriate facilities, coordinating with vendor/sales reps, and ensuring required equipment/implants are arranged prior to each case.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of surgical/procedure scheduling experience required
• Plastic surgery experience strongly preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, patient-focused demeanor
