Surgical Stepdown Nurse

Role: Surgical Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities: Provide critical, patient-centered care to postoperative patients transitioning out of surgery.

Monitor patients recovering from general and specialized surgeries, ensuring safety and stability during their recovery process.

Support patients and their families, addressing their needs and concerns in a fast-paced stepdown unit environment.

Qualifications & Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, ability to adapt to dynamic patient needs, and excellent communication skills.

Experience In Postoperative Or Critical Care Nursing Is Preferred. Must demonstrate compassion, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
