Surgical Tech Sr - Full-Time

Role: Surgical Technician II, supporting surgical teams in the Operating Room (OR) to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities Include

• Preparing surgical instruments for procedures
• Assisting surgeons by scrubbing in on cases
• Managing room turnover and instrument decontamination
• Contributing to the orientation of new surgical technicians
• Providing staffing support for the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) OR
• Serving patients across various age groups, including Infant, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric

Qualifications And Skills

• Graduate from an accredited surgical technology program (CAAHEP or ABHES)
• Current BLS certification
• At least 3 years of surgical technician experience
• Proficiency in advanced surgical technician skills and knowledge of at least one specialty service
• Basic computer skills
• Preferred: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST), experience in multi-specialty settings, and in ambulatory or hospital environments

Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $36.00, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentive programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k). All candidates must pass a drug test prior to employment.
