About the role

Build a career in the specialized field of surgical and medical technology. Provide technical support during surgical procedures, working in an operating room environment with surgeons and operating room personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance during surgical procedures
• Prepare and check surgical instruments, implants, and equipment
• Assist with surgical equipment setup and operation
• Coordinate with surgeons and operating room personnel
• Ensure instruments and implants are complete before and after each case
• Maintain proper case documentation
• Assist with inventory and proper handling of surgical equipment
• Attend specialized product and technical training

About you

• Graduate of Nursing, Radiologic Technology, Medical Technology, or other allied health-related course preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Surgical/OR experience is an advantage but not required
• Highly trainable and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in an operating room environment
• Willing to work flexible hours depending on surgical schedules
• Willing to travel anywhere in the Philippines
• Willing to undergo training in the Philippines and abroad
• Must have a valid passport / passport-ready
• Responsible, dependable, and able to work under pressure
