Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and sterile supplies to ensure a safe and efficient surgical environment.
• Maintain strict aseptic technique to prevent infections.
• Assist surgeons and nurses during procedures, ensuring proper instrument and sponge counts.
• Operate and care for sterilization equipment to uphold sterilization standards.
• Support documentation, specimen handling, and adherence to safety protocols.
