Responsibilities

• Support complex surgical procedures in a high-acuity environment
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields
• Select and arrange instruments and supplies
• Anticipate the needs of surgeons and the OR team throughout procedures
• Uphold strict infection control standards
• Perform accurate counts to ensure patient safety
• Contribute to efficient workflow and patient-centered care
