Role Description
This is an adjunct role, in Texas City, TX and surrounding area, for a Certified Surgical Technologist adjunct clinical Instructor. The primary responsibilities include providing constructive feedback in the hospital setting with some lab remediation. The instructor will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and supporting student success through mentorship and guidance.
Qualifications
- Experience in Surgical Technology and Operating Room Procedures
- Strong Presentation and Instructional Skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Current Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST)- NBSTSA or NCCT
- Minimum of 3 years of Surgical Technologist experience
- Familiarity with accreditation standards and requirements
