We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Coordinator & Recruiter: Surrogacy & Egg Donation to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will oversee the coordination of surrogacy and egg donation programs, ensuring seamless communication among intended parents, surrogates, donors, and medical professionals. Spanish language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of surrogacy and egg donation processes, including recruitment, screening, matching, legal documentation, medical appointments, and follow-up care.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for program growth, donor engagement, and outreach initiatives through digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Foster strong relationships with donors, surrogates, medical professionals, and internal teams through effective relationship management and regular communication.
• Oversee project timelines, ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, and handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote programs via public relations efforts while maintaining a positive organizational image.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with an egg donor or surrogacy agency
• Computer skills in database management, CRM software (including Orchid)
• Spanish and or Chinese speaking skills desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and lead team initiatives effectively.
• Familiarity with research methodologies related to reproductive health or fertility programs is preferred.
• Experience in relationship management—building trust with donors, clients, medical professionals—and sales or fundraising for business growth is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint) along with experience managing donor databases such as Raiser's Edge or similar platforms.

Pay: $24.33 - $30.71 per hour
