Salary: PKR 70,000 – 80,000 per month with other benefits as per company policy

About Us

Robust Support & Solutions is the dedicated back-office operations hub for Xclusive Trading Inc. (www.xtimobile.com), supporting a rapidly expanding network of 400+ mobile phone and accessories stores across the United States.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Surveillance Manager to lead our surveillance operations, manage a large team, and ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a large surveillance team, ensuring productivity and performance targets are met.
Monitor surveillance activities, review findings, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage team performance, provide coaching, and address performance gaps.
Monitor KPIs and prepare accurate operational and performance reports.
Analyze data using advanced MS Excel functions, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and INDEX-MATCH.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
Coordinate with internal departments and key stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.
Leverage AI tools to improve reporting, analysis, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience managing large teams of 15–30+ members.
Strong leadership, people management, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination expertise.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, and reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with AI tools and technology-driven reporting.
High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
