Surveillance Operator – CCTV & Security

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously.
• Monitor critical areas including production, refinery, stores, entry/exit points and other restricted areas.
• Identify suspicious activity, security violations, unauthorized access and unusual incidents.
• Immediately report security incidents or abnormalities to the Security Supervisor.
• Maintain CCTV monitoring logs, incident reports and shift records.
• Monitor access control and movement in restricted areas.
• Review and retrieve CCTV footage as required for investigations.
• Ensure proper functioning of surveillance equipment and report technical issues.
• Coordinate with security guards and other departments during incidents.
• Maintain confidentiality of surveillance footage and security information.
• Follow security SOPs, company policies and emergency procedures.
• Support shift-wise handover and ensure proper communication of incidents.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate; relevant security or surveillance experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, surveillance or industrial security.
• Experience in manufacturing, refinery, jewellery, bullion, warehouse or other high-security environments will be an advantage.
• Good observation and alertness.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate CCTV/VMS systems.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to remain attentive for extended monitoring periods.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
