Surveillance Operator

JOB SUMMARY

The Surveillance Operator is in-charge in monitoring, documenting and reporting all incidents and observations, transactions, guests and other activity at  gaming areas through the use of Surveillance Systems, to ensure the safety and security of guest, employees, guest and the property and game protection.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Incident Reporting

• Report Incidents (Reported or Observed) through the use of Surveillance System to ensure timely escalation and response.
• Report Violations (Code Of Conduct or Procedural) through the use of Surveillance System to ensure compliance with the Company Policies.
• Report Safety Hazard or Security Risk through the use of Surveillance System to mitigate if not prevent possible accidents.

VIP and Gaming Monitoring

• Monitor VIP’s in the Gaming Tables and Slots Machines to ensure a secure and good customer experience is provided to patrons.
• Monitor gaming table(s), slots machines, other gaming equipment  and transactions to ensure the integrity of the games.
• Monitor bill stacker collections, drop box collections and gaming treasury transactions to ensure accurate cash handling, prevent theft and uphold financial integrity.

Top Player Ratings and Reward Tracking

• Review and monitor top player ratings to ensure proper recognition, personalized service, and accurate tracking of player activity for rewards and security purposes.

System Monitoring

• Monitor different alarms through the use of Surveillance System to ensure that all alarms are properly escalated and responded.

Documentation

• Create incident reports through the use of Surveillance Reporting System to ensure that all observations and incidents are well documented.
• To preserve footage within the Surveillance System to ensure the availability of the footage when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least a Senior High School Graduate.
• Must have a valid License to Exercise Security Profession (LESP Certification) or must be willing to undergo certification.
• Knowledge in Gaming and Hospitality Industry is not required but an advantage.
• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in Surveillance operations.
• Must have good mathematical skills.
