Survey & Collection

• Survey Activities: Conduct on-site surveys, analyze findings, and prepare reports.
• Collection Activities: Follow up on overdue payments, resolve payment issues, and ensure timely collections.
• Customer Interaction: Maintain positive customer relationships and address inquiries.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records and prepare regular progress reports.
• Collaboration: Work with sales/rental teams to improve processes and collection strategies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree from related field
2. Have experience with the same position min 1 years
3. Ability to work a team and independently
4. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skill
5. Able to operating computer
