Survey Engineer / Survey Coordination

We are looking for an experienced Survey Engineer to coordinate topographical, engineering and utility survey activities supporting road and infrastructure design.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate topographical and engineering survey activities.
• Review survey methodologies and deliverables.
• Coordinate survey requirements with highway, drainage, utility and geotechnical teams.
• Review topographical survey information.
• Coordinate survey control points and benchmarks.
• Review coordinate systems and reference information.
• Check survey data for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate utility surveys and existing-service information.
• Provide survey information to CAD and BIM teams.
• Review survey revisions and additional survey requirements.
• Review contractor/subconsultant survey submissions.
• Maintain survey records and databases.
• Resolve discrepancies between survey data and existing drawings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant surveying experience.
• Strong experience in topographical and engineering surveys.
• Infrastructure/road project experience preferred.
• Proficiency with total station and GNSS/GPS equipment.
• Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Qatar/GCC experience is highly desirable.
• Good English communication skills.
