Survey Supervisor

Overview Field Surveyor – Central London

We are looking for confident, energetic and reliable Field Surveyors to carry out short face-to-face surveys with members of the public across Central London.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is comfortable approaching people, communicating clearly and working towards hourly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Approach members of the public in designated Central London locations
• Conduct short surveys using the questions and instructions provided
• Aim to complete approximately 30 surveys per hour
• Accurately record all responses using the system/device provided
• Ensure surveys are genuine and completed to the required standard
• Remain professional, polite and approachable at all times
• Work in busy areas with high levels of pedestrian traffic
• Follow instructions from the Survey Supervisor/Project Manager
• Provide regular updates on the number of completed surveys
• Ensure all collected information is handled appropriately and confidentially

• Friendly, outgoing and professional
• Able to communicate clearly in English
• Comfortable working outdoors and around Central London
• Able to work quickly while maintaining accuracy
• Target-driven and motivated
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet
• Able to complete approximately 30 short surveys per hour

Experience in promotions, market research, customer service, sales, events, hospitality, fundraising or street-based work would be beneficial but is not essential.

Location

Central London – survey locations may vary depending on the project.
