We are looking to hire an experienced Survey Technician to join our team!

Core Responsibilities

• Field Measurements: Operate tools like robotic total stations, GPS receivers, and levels to gather terrain data.
• Construction Staking: Set out stakes, flags, and marks to guide excavation, foundations, and utility installations.
• Data Processing: Enter field notes and measurements into computers for analysis by licensed surveyors.
• Blueprint Reading: Study civil and architectural drawings to verify planned layout dimensions.
• Site Research: Look up historical deeds, property corners, and boundary records.

Education: A high school diploma or GED is standard for entry-level roles. High school math classes like algebra, geometry, and trigonometry are very helpful.

Licenses: A valid driver's license is usually required to drive to different work sites.

Skills: Comfort with basic computers and a willingness to learn field instruments.
