Survey Technician

Our partner is a land surveying company focused on the measurement of space for spatial development and improvements across public, private, and residential sectors. The company supports projects involving custom builds, infrastructure, telecommunications, and residential development.

We’re looking for a Survey Technician with experience in land surveying, computing boundaries, CAD drafting, and preparing accurate survey drawings and exhibits.

This is a full-time role, with a night-shift schedule:

● Monday: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

● Tuesday – Friday: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

This is a Work-in-Office (WIO) position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Use the client's drawing templates to maintain a cohesive appearance

● Draft topographic, SDOT, ALTA, Land Use, and Exhibit drawings as assigned

● Manage time to ensure project deadlines are achieved

● Draft survey data and/or review drawings produced by colleagues

● Existing surface creation in CAD to depict an accurate representation of field conditions

● Process and edit line work, figures, and surface models

● Interpret record documents and accurately represent them in a CAD environment

● Drafting of exhibits and the preparation of legal descriptions

QUALIFICATIONS:

● Candidate may be a graduate of a College/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any relevant field

● Must have at least 5 years of experience specifically in Land Surveying and computing boundaries

● Experience with Leica Total Stations is an advantage

● Working knowledge of Carlson Survey (CAD), Autodesk/Civil3D, Leica, and standard surveying procedures and processes is an advantage

● Must be willing to work office-based at 1Nito Tower, Cebu City

CERTIFICATIONS: (Optional)

● Geodetic Engineer Licensure Examination (PRC - Philippines)

● Civil Service Commission (CSC) Eligibility

● AutoCAD Certified User

● Esri ArcGIS Desktop Entry

● NSCP (National Structural Code of the Philippines) Awareness Training

● Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Certificate

● TESDA Certificate in Land Surveying NC II

● Leica Geosystems Equipment Training Certificate
