What they need
Conduct topographic, layout, and as-built surveys for construction projects
Establish reference points, benchmarks, and control points on site
Perform staking, leveling, and alignment of structures based on approved plans
Verify horizontal and vertical measurements, elevations, and coordinates
Prepare and submit survery reports, drawings, and as built plans
Coordinate with engineers, project-in-charge, and site personnel
Ensure survey works comply with project specifications and tolerances
Maintain and properly use surveying instruments and equipment
Identify and report discrepancies between actual site conditions and plans
Assist in quantity verification and progress measurement as required
Ensure safety compliance during survey activities on site
With 2-5 years experience in construction surveying
Proficient in surveying software
Strong understanding of plans and technical drawings
Detail-oriented and accurate in measurements
