Surveyor

Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting the project in terms of creating setting out that will be used for site layout. Determine the proper references of survey for construction. Also responsible for preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to survey.

Duties and Responsible:

• Responsible in coordination to third party surveyor for handover of relocation and topographic survey.
• Prepare CAD file drawing with true coordinates as reference for establishing grindlines and building layout.
• Coordinate to technical officer for the approval of building setting out.
• Responsible for layout temporary facilities reflected on site layout.
• Responsible in making exact measurement and determines proper references of survey construction.
• Coordinate to project engineers and architects for the areas need for layout.
• Coordinate to planning engineer for the sequence of work and schedule for priority area need for layout.
• Responsible for layout and elevation inspection prior to concrete pouring and after concrete pouring.
• Coordinate to QAQC for the issues regarding building dimension or plans vs. actual and provide solutions.
• Prepare weekly accomplishment report with regards to site survey.
• Responsible for as built plan and coordinate to AutoCAD operator for actual dimension
• Responsible for preparation of project review

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelors degree in Geodetic Engineering or Experienced Surveyor
2. Experience: At least 5 years experience
3. Technical Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant drafting software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
