About the role

A Surveyor is responsible for measuring land and properties, gathering data, and conducting surveys to support construction, engineering, property development, and land management projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct line and grade surveys: measure and establish reference lines, elevations, and grades for construction projects using total stations, GPS, lasers, and leveling equipment
• Prepare survey documentation: create detailed reports, staking plans, and blueprints reflecting line and grade data for construction use
• Ensure compliance: verify that line and grade work adheres to project specifications, design plans, and safety standards
• Support construction planning: provide accurate survey data to engineers, project managers, and construction teams to guide grading, excavation, and infrastructure layout
• Interpret survey data: analyze elevation and alignment data to ensure proper site grading and construction alignment
• Operate surveying technology: utilize total stations, GPS equipment, and surveying software to capture, process, and verify site data
• Manage field operations: conduct on-site checks, staking, and alignment verification, providing recommendations for adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate records: document survey measurements, field notes, and site instructions for project tracking and reporting
• Collaborate with project teams: work closely with engineers, construction crews, and site supervisors to ensure proper implementation of line and grade requirements

About you

• Licensed Geodetic Engineer or Civil Engineer
• 2–3 years of experience in surveying
• Ready to start immediately
• Willing to relocate to project
