Surveyor

Intervene in various fields and networks: Heating, plumbing, thermal engineering, air conditioning, electricity, and structural steelwork. Monitor construction sites and verify compliance with execution standards. Act as a liaison between client representatives and the technical department. Take measurements of completed work (dimensions, surfaces, volumes, conditions, etc.) on construction sites, and assess the quantities of items, supplies, and materials used in the project. Prepare progress reports according to contractual documents. Ensure the client signs the progress reports. Prepare the progress invoices and invoices based on the approved progress reports. Track invoice and progress payments. Manage the work contract and monitor its commercial and financial aspects. Prepare invoices for advance payments. Prepare invoices for each acceptance, including retention payments. Participate in price negotiations for additional work. Ensure client signature of amendments for work outside the scope of the contract. Prepare invoices for additional work beyond the scope of the contract, up to a limit of 20%. Obtain signatures on the Provisional and Final Acceptance Reports. Prepare the Final General Account (DGD). Obtain Certificates of Completion. Collect bank guarantees. Evaluate the cost price of a project, monitor expenses, and update prices. Attend site meetings, coordination meetings, and monitoring and control missions.
