At Newton Denny Chapelle (NDC), we're more than planners, surveyors and engineers. We're a team of passionate professionals working together to shape sustainable communities through trusted partnerships and innovative solutions.
With offices in Casuarina, Lismore and Woolgoolga, we proudly support clients and communities across Northern NSW. As our team continues to grow, we're looking for a Surveyor who is passionate about their profession, values quality and enjoys working collaboratively to deliver outstanding outcomes.
While we welcome applications from across the region, we're particularly keen to hear from candidates based in the Northern Rivers who are interested in being primarily based from our Lismore or Casuarina offices.
Why join NDC?
Our people are at the heart of everything we do.
We foster a supportive and collaborative environment where your ideas are valued, your development is encouraged, and your contribution has a real impact. You'll work alongside experienced planning, surveying and engineering professionals on projects that help shape the communities where we live and work.

As a Surveyor, you'll work across a diverse range of projects including:
- Land development and subdivision projects
- Topographic and detail surveys

Working closely with our Planning and Engineering teams, you'll help deliver integrated solutions from project inception through to completion.

We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in cadastral, engineering, construction or land development surveying
- Demonstrates strong technical capability with Leica survey equipment and software including Magnet and AutoCAD
- Possesses excellent time management, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Takes pride in delivering accurate, high quality work and attention to detail
- Builds strong relationships through clear communication, teamwork and professionalism
- Takes ownership, acts with integrity and follows through on commitments
- Enjoys working in a collaborative, high performing team environment
